Returns & Refunds Policy:
Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we do not currently accept returns. However, if your item is faulty or something is missing, we will replace it or send out what is absent.
You can request to cancel any orders made that are still awaiting processing and you will be refunded. If your order is marked as processing it is possible to still cancel your order unless it has either been already packed/processed and ready to ship, or it is a personalised item and it has already been made. In this case you should contact us ASAP using one of the methods below. If you have purchased a personalised item and it has already been made, unfortunately you are not able to get a refund.
Any orders already marked as shipped can’t be cancelled/refunded.
Incorrect address:
If you have gave us an incorrect address and it has been shipped, we are not responsible for what happens with the parcel. However, if the parcel is returned back to us, we will reach out to you and we can correct the address... here at Amore Cosmetics we understand everyone makes mistakes so if you have put the incorrect address and it gets returned to us, we will not be request that you to pay another postage fee.

Shipping Policy
All shipping times are estimated and we can’t guarantee that all orders will arrive in the estimated time slot. Your order may come sooner than estimated, sometimes a few days longer and all we can do is apologise. We ship with Royal Mail who at times can be very busy which slows down the process.
All orders are processed and shipping next working day of placed (unless stated otherwise), and confirmations will be sent to your email to keep up to date with your order.
